Refund, Cancellation & Program Credit Policy

General policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, payments made to Nexus Pathways CL Enrichment LLC for coaching services, memberships, classes, workshops, programs, digital resources, assessments, or other paid services are non-refundable.

Clients are encouraged to carefully review program descriptions, pricing, eligibility requirements, schedules, and service terms before completing a purchase.

Memberships

Membership payments are non-refundable once charged.

Members may cancel future renewal of a membership in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided at enrollment.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges after the applicable paid membership period. Cancellation does not ordinarily create a refund or prorated refund for a billing period that has already begun.

Membership benefits remain available through the end of the paid membership period unless the membership is terminated by Nexus for violation of program or membership terms.

Classes and workshops

Payments for scheduled classes and workshops are non-refundable.

If a participant is unable to attend, Nexus may, at its sole discretion and subject to availability, permit the registration to be transferred to another eligible Nexus class or date.

Failure to attend a scheduled class or workshop does not create a right to a refund.

Coaching and program services

Payments for reserved coaching sessions, program enrollment, assessments, materials, or program access are non-refundable once purchased except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Rescheduling requests are subject to the scheduling and cancellation rules stated in the applicable program agreement.

Nexus-cancelled services

If Nexus cancels a paid class, program, or service and does not provide a reasonable rescheduled date or substitute service, Nexus will provide an appropriate credit or refund consistent with applicable law and the circumstances.

No guaranteed results

Payment is for access to education, coaching, programs, resources, classes, or other specified Nexus services. Payment does not purchase or guarantee a particular financial result.

Nexus does not guarantee:

• credit-score increases;
• mortgage or loan approval;
• homeownership;
• business funding;
• business profitability;
• investment returns;
• investment-property acquisition; or
• any particular financial outcome.

Legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.
