Membership Terms & Recurring Payment Terms

These terms describe how Nexus memberships are billed, renewed, and canceled.

Membership pricing

Nexus Pathways CL Enrichment LLC offers recurring monthly memberships.

FOUNDATIONS — $35.97/month
HOMEOWNER'S CLUB — $85.37/month
WEALTH BUILDER — $155.97/month
LEGACY — $375.97/month

Program availability, membership benefits, services, schedules, and pricing are subject to change with or without notice.

Automatic renewal

Membership automatically renews monthly at the stated price until canceled.

At every membership checkout, you must actively select an unchecked consent box before enrollment can be completed:

"I understand that this membership automatically renews monthly at the stated membership price until I cancel. I authorize Nexus Pathways CL Enrichment LLC to charge my selected payment method and confirm that I have reviewed the Membership Terms, Cancellation Policy, and Refund Policy."

This consent box is never pre-checked.

Cancellation

Members may cancel future recurring charges at any time by contacting Nexus by phone or email using the contact information below, or by following the cancellation instructions provided at enrollment.

Cancellation stops future renewals after the current paid billing period. Cancellation does not ordinarily create a refund or prorated refund for a billing period that has already begun.

Membership benefits continue through the end of the paid membership period unless Nexus terminates access because of a violation of the membership terms.

Benefits and access

Memberships provide access to education, tools, and support for the paid membership period. Nexus does not offer "lifetime access." Membership benefits, program availability, schedules, and pricing are subject to change with or without notice.

Payments

Payments are handled through a reputable third-party payment processor. Nexus does not directly store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, bank login information, or financial account passwords on this website.

No guaranteed results

Membership provides access to education and support. It does not guarantee credit-score increases, lending approval, homeownership, business funding, investment returns, or any other financial outcome. See the Financial Education & Coaching Disclaimer and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
