How to submit a request

Send your request by email or phone using the contact details below, or through our contact form. Include your name, the email address or phone number you used with Nexus, and the type of request. Please do not include Social Security numbers, complete account numbers, or any passwords in your request.

Verification

To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Verification uses information we already have on file.

Records we may need to retain

Certain business, tax, payment, or legal records may need to be retained even after a deletion request. When that applies, we will tell you what was deleted and what had to be retained and why.
